Strategy Director

We are seeking a Strategy Director to support our healthcare practice in London. This position will report to the SVP, Director of Strategy in our Strategy team and will act as a conduit between our partners and various departments, inclusive of: CX Strategy, Performance, User Experience, Technology, Account Management, Project Management and Creative. We are looking for an intuitive self-starter, driven by innovation and in love with uncovering human insight. As this role involves client interface and attendance onsite at our (local) Client's location, you would be expected to initiate meaningful client relationships and excel in written and verbal communication.


  • S/he would look to his/her supervisor for guidance and not necessarily for direction
  • S/he would be passionate about a customer’s overall experience and be able to identify gaps and opportunities to improve that experience as well as associate timing milestones toward project deliverables.
  • S/he would have deep expertise in multiple consumer/professional segments with a solid grounding in consumer/professional insight, experience marketing and digital technology.
  • S/he would have demonstrated success in crafting digital experience marketing strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics leveraged to achieve these strategies.
  • S/he will interface with our collaborative agency partners, Vendors, and Clients, so polish and strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • S/he has offered strategic insight or oversight in the creative briefing process in her/his past and has straddled multiple projects or brands at one time.
  • S/he must possess the ability to handle some level of ambiguity and embrace change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
  • S/he must be a team player and be comfortable working both in a team environment but also as an individual performer.


  • 8+ years of Strategic experience with understanding of the agency environment; some healthcare experience required
  • Experience in analyzing research and drawing out customer experience-focused insights.
  • Experience in transforming complex information into compelling stories and presenting with clarity to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Work experience with the key timing and people involved within the creative development process.
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience within a digital practice, Customer Experience team or similar strategic capacity is preferred.
